Visits to three historic buildings, namely Kowloon Union Church, Yeung Hau Temple and Tung Lin Kok Yuen on 24 and 25 May 2017
Members of AAB visited Tung Lin Kok Yuen in Happy Valley, Kowloon Union Church in Yau Ma Tei and Yeung Hau Temple in Tai O on 24 and 25 May 2017. The Board, at its meeting in June, recommended to the Antiquities Authority to declare the three Grade 1 historic buildings as monuments under the Antiquities and Monuments Ordinance (Cap. 53) ("the Ordinance"). With the approval of the Chief Executive, these three historic buildings were declared monuments under the Ordinance by notice in the Gazette on 13 October 2017.

Visit to three historic buildings, namely Fung Ping Shan Building, Eliot Hall and May Hall of The University of Hong Kong on 3 May 2018
Members of AAB visited Fung Ping Shan Building, Eliot Hall and May Hall of The University of Hong Kong on 3 May 2018. The Board, at its meeting in June, recommended to the Antiquities Authority to declare the exteriors of these three Grade 1 historic buildings as monuments under the Antiquities and Monuments Ordinance (Cap. 53) ("the Ordinance"). With the approval of the Chief Executive, these three historic buildings were declared monuments under the Ordinance by notice in the Gazette on 16 November 2018.
